Copyright scholar says the proposed exceptions unclear

An international copyright expert Peter Yu said at a seminar co-organised by hk-inmedia and JMSC that the exceptions in Hong Kong’s amendment bill were less clearly defined than the government claimed, but the rare combination of the British "fair dealing" and the American "fair use" doctrine might narrow the scope of exceptions.
